Arrivals & Setup

Wednesday March 4 — Load-in day. No scheduled programming. Arrive, settle in, and prepare for the week.

Hotel Check-In

Accommodation

Check-in details and hotel information will be shared via the coordination team.

  • Hotel: Eurostars Lisboa (sessions venue for Thursday All-Hands)
  • Check-in time: TBD
Venue Setup

One 16 Load-In

The PS venue at One 16 will be in setup mode throughout the day. Lou and sub-vendors managing load-in. Not open to attendees.

Transfer Info

Getting from Lisbon Airport (LIS) to the Hotels

Since this year's venue is quite close to the airport and Lisbon Airport is located within the city, there will be no organised transfers. See below for the easiest ways to get to Ikonik Lisboa and Eurostars Universal Lisboa.

Option 1

By Metro

  • Take the Red Line (Linha Vermelha) from Aeroporto Station (right at the airport, Arrivals Level)
  • Travel towards São Sebastião and get off at Cabo Ruivo Station
  • From Cabo Ruivo, it's about a 7-minute walk to Eurostars Universal Hotel
  • Tickets: Buy a single journey ticket or a reloadable Viva Viagem card at the machines in the station (cash or card). A single journey costs around €1.50–€2
Option 2

By Ride-Hailing (Uber or Bolt)

  • Both Uber and Bolt operate in Lisbon — pickup locations differ slightly
  • Estimated journey time: ~15 minutes, depending on traffic
Option 3

By Car

  • The hotel offers 200 parking spots at €10 per day
  • Address for GPS: Eurostars Universal Hotel, Av. 5 de Outubro 107, 1050-059 Lisbon, Portugal
Tips: Taxis are also available at the airport, but Uber/Bolt is often cheaper and easier to track via the app. Lisbon traffic can be heavy during rush hours (8–10 AM and 5–7 PM), so consider extra time during these periods.
Breakfast

All Days

Breakfast is included every day and served at both hotel restaurants (Ikonik Lisboa & Eurostars Universal).

  • Weekdays: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
  • Weekends: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Evening · Wed Mar 4

Welcome Dinner & Drinks

  • Restaurant: Páteo Restaurante
  • Time: 7:00 PM
  • Getting there: 2 min walk from the hotel
  • Address: Edifício Adamastor, Av. Dom João II 11B, 1990-077 Lisboa, Portugal

Builder's House

Internal Logos hacking session. Builders and leads across the stack in one room. Try stuff, build on top of Logos, break things, give feedback.

Low degree of organisation, steep learning curve, large optionality and freedom. Come with an idea, join someone else's experiment, stress-test assumptions, or just get familiar with the stack. You'll have the option to submit your project for a lightweight showcase.

Contact Martin for questions.

Castelo room is booked for Council on Saturday morning.

Music & Arts Festival

At One 16. Schedule to be confirmed.

Sunday March 8 - Monday March 9. Stream-level working sessions and cross-team collaboration. Start ≥10:30 AM Sunday (recovery from Day 2 festival).

Coordination

Self-Organised Sessions

The off-sites are mostly self-organised by teams based on their cross-collaboration needs. A shared Google Sheet has been started to coordinate planned sessions and estimated times. Contact Hanno for edit access if you'd like to add your plans or join something already listed.
